Chef in the Market with Sarah Marshall

Join us for a special cooking demonstration with Sarah Marshall at PSU Farmers Market! As a celebration of this year’s Roux Week – an annual city-wide festival in Portland, Oregon that celebrates the city’s food and drink culture with events that highlight women in the culinary industry – Sarah will be cooking a dish using only the freshest ingredients from our market vendors. This is a unique opportunity for the community to get inspired, see how a skilled chef approaches seasonal cooking, and learn more about the bounty available every week at the market. Don’t miss this chance to see a truly creative and dedicated maker in action, taste the final dish and take home the recipe! Cooking demonstration will take place in the middle of the market next to the market’s information booth under the yellow canopy. Free for all to attend.
