Endless Summer

Endless Summer (1966) Directed by Bruce Brown. 1hr 32min. Not Rated. Catch 1966’s Endless Summer, rounding out our film series Pretty, Witty and Gay—in conversation with the David Hockney exhibition. The film features postcard-perfect, sun-kissed California surf culture, flush with a warm color palette in search of the perfect wave. We do not generally provide advisories about subject matter or potentially triggering content in films, and films exhibited don’t necessarily reflect the views of PAM CUT or the Portland Art Museum. In addition to the synopses, trailers, and other links on our website, further information about content and age-appropriateness for specific films can be found on sites like Common Sense Media, IMDb, and DoesTheDogDie.com.
