Join East Portland Collective for a day of building a prepared and connected community! In the event of a natural disaster or extreme weather event, where do you go for resources? Who are the people you can count on? Do you know your neighbors — and do they know you? Building a resilient community starts before a crisis. It’s about meeting the people around you, learning practical skills, knowing who has what resources, and building relationships that help us take care of each other. Come meet your neighbors, connect with local organizations & community members, and learn what resources are available. You’ll find: Free stuff for humans & pets 🐾 Advocacy & education📣 Safety & preparedness supplies 🦺 Trees & plants 🌳 Workshops & skill-sharing 🛠️ Event link: https://www.portlandfarmersmarket.org/event/lents-resource-fair/
