[Register Here!] About the Program Oregon is at an economic crossroads, with several paths government and business leaders could take to support statewide vitality. With the Governor’s Prosperity Council report expected in June, this topic will be front and center. Our panel will include a member of the council and two of Oregon’s leading economic policy experts, each offering a different vision for the best path forward. They will discuss the fundamentals of Oregon’s economy and assess opportunities for our shared future, from tax and regulatory challenges to the high cost of living, family-wage jobs, and business prosperity. In the larger context of changes in global and national commerce, continuing impacts from COVID, and uncertain opportunities for new workers, the conversation will ask: what roads can Oregon take?
