Scream 2 Scream 2 Scream

Let''s get an ice cream -- then SCREAM -- & have another ice cream! We're sharing some of our fave summer activities in a very casual, not-super-flashy but FUN way on this simply focused ride. Not a loop, but can be a choose-your-own adventure, if ya like: * Meet at Harder Day Coffee (4615 NE Sandy Blvd) at 4:30pm*ish, grab a yummy soft serve or an affogato (YOU BUY). Enjoy & mingle! * Be ready to launch at 5:20pm*ish to join our fine pals @ScreamSocietyPDX on the Eastbank Esplanade (grassy spot between Hawthorne Bridge & North OMSI lot). Route is ~5 miles with no stops -- we gotta be ready to SCREAM REAL LOUD together at 6pm! * After 3 BIG SCREAMS with the group, we'll mingle for just a few minutes (likely till 6:20pm*isssh), then head north on the Esplanade to get another round of ice cream (YOU BUY) at Kulfi (3540 N Williams Ave). Route is ~3.3 miles, mostly on the Esplanade, but some maneuvering thru traffic will happen. Pop in to any or all parts of this easy, breezy ride -- the soft serve, the screaming, the ice cream. Corker assistance will be GREATLY appreciated, as are any smooth and cooool jazzy tracks to share from your bike stereo system. Friendly reminders: Bring your own $$ for ice cream -- maybe enough to treat a corker or pal if you're feeling generous. Bring your best screams! Bring your water bottle for sips in between screams. Practice consent, nonviolence, & safety in your interactions with others. Don't be a creep. IF you are banned from/on other rides, or banned from listing a ride, you're banned from this ride, too. We know who you are. IF you put that Billy Joel song on the 80s Mixtape Ride a few weeks ago, you're also banned from this ride. You know who you are.
